I long for the days ...

... when I would wake up naturally instead of when the siren goes off in my head.

... when I would conduct my "research" with one hand on the keyboard, everyday, for hours.

... when I wrote the bullshit instead of reading it.

... when people approached me and wanted to chat with me instead of people approaching wanting to complain to me.

... when I spent the entire day hanging out with Saki who loves me unconditionally instead of spending the whole day with jumpy, frustrated employees who aren't quite sure where I stand.

... and the late nights.

Anyways ... I started working again and my new store is more challenging than I thought it would be. It isn't insurmountable, but it's definitely going to take all the skills I have acquired in order to bring the store back in shape.

To illustrate the state of the store's organization, when I tackled the archeological dig in the corner of my office (actually, that should have been corners), I found a box from Fed Ex dated 27AUG2003 containing a laptop. How does one go about losing a laptop?

My bus is coming, I have to go. I'll try to post but I like writing when I'm home alone and my Honey is always around. I'll work something out. Later!

Someone's loss is your gain, I hope. :)
